Finally we are on vaccation!! After hours and hours of searching for lodging on the Internet, I could find a room in Amsterdam for the last weekend of March. My boyfriend and me arrived on Friday night, it was rainning as usual, and quickly we bought the tickets for the subway and get in it. But the surprise was that the hotel was 10 minutes walking from the underground station!!
At the following day, we woke up earlier and went to the centre of Amsterdam and asked about interesting places to visit in the area, and we did plenty of things: a boat tour through the city, have a look in the Niewmarkt, have something in a coffeshop, walk through the commercial street, see the huge Dam Square and the Red Light District.
It was a very fun day, discovering the beauty things that this city offers to its visitors. It's for sure that I'll return to see other parts of the city because I hadn't enough time and I would like to visit the Van Gogh Museum and some park, and why not, enjoy of the nightlife in Amsterdam.
